01. Our Guarantee
We stand by our products. Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. We ensure every carton leaving Braddon is quality-checked.
02. Shipping & Arrival 🚚
All orders are dispatched via Australia Post. If your bulk order arrives damaged during transit, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with AusPost to sort it out fast.
03. Change of Mind 💡
Because we sell in bulk to keep prices low, we generally cannot offer returns for change of mind once an order has been dispatched. Please double-check your cart before checking out!
04. Making a Claim
Something not right? Simply email us with your order number and a brief description. We aim to review all claims within 2 business days. We’re here to make it right.

When will my order arrive? 🚚
We dispatch all bulk orders via Australia Post from Braddon. Most metro areas receive their parcels within 2-5 business days, while regional areas may take up to 7 days.
What if my items arrive damaged?
Don't panic! Simply snap a photo of the damaged carton and contents, then email it to homiday@shop.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately as per ACL guidelines.
Why is there no "Change of Mind" return?
To keep our bulk prices the lowest in Australia, we operate on slim margins and high shipping weights. This means we can't sustain the cost of return logistics unless there’s a product fault.
